Keep it Moving

So many of us live in shoulda, coulda, woulda land!! If I would have said this differently, made this decision instead of that one and on and on I could go, but the truth is you cannot change the past!!. It's done, it's complete and no matter how much you dwell on it you cannot get it back. Hopefully you learned something along the way, or have been able to find contentment in your previous decisons because now you are equipped to make even better ones. Holding on to your past will only keep you stuck and prevent you from moving forward with your future. Let It Go, Forgive Yourself, Forgive Others, and Be Free!! Its only in the presence of freedom you can take the steps to walk out your destiny. So Love, Laugh, Live and Breath all of Life in, because you only get one!! So Enjoy It!!!
